MUST Ministires and Blue Devil Baseball Thanks to the JR Blue Devils who contirbuted food donations and to the Varsity blue Devils who helped serve at MUST Ministries over the Holidays.  Great job guys!

 This past Saturday the Marietta Blue Devil Baseball Family was very busy!  In the high school cafeteria this year’s blue devils were cooking and serving breakfast to Blue Devils from all over the community at the annual baseball pancake breakfast.   At the same time some former blue devil baseball players and Coach Stafford were down at the baseball complex with the first ever 316 baseball clinic for younger players. It was a great day to be a blue devil!!!  Thanks to all of those who helped make it happen and to those who came to support the program and have breakfast with our players!  Special thanks to Alan Newcome and Waffle House!

 Chevy Clarke Update:  The former blue devil centerfielder and 1st round draft pick of the Angels finished up his second season in pro ball hitting over .300 the last month of the season lifting his average to .240 for the season.

Senior Blue Devil Short Stop Dansby Swanson commits to Vanderbilt University to continue his baseball career.

2011 Graduates Stetson Nelson and Michael Whatley sign to play at the college Level.  Nelson a Left Handed Pitcher signed to pitch at Division I Winthrop University.  Whatley signed to play 3B at Berry College.

Austin Hyatt Update: After a strong career at University of Alabama the former blue devil pitcher is now doing well in AA for the Philadelphia Phillies.
